Lisa was very timely and I felt like she actually listened to me and knew that my problem was affecting my daily life. She let me know that if a medication doesn't work that we could always try another one. It gave me hope that I wouldn't have to live like this.

Lisa talked super fast and quick. Was referred for an egd by primary, Lisa heard my concerns and then told me to get an egd. Had to ask for what she thought might be going on.
She listened to everything I had to say and was very kind and understanding.
The provider was very snobbish. My fiancé was very nice and introduced himself and the provider stuck her nose in the air and ignored him. Then I had a dizzy spell. The provider didn't even ask if I needed help or if I was okay. If it wasn't for him I could have fell back.
Not related to Lisa but this is whenever I call Aurora for anything. The hold music that is played has been the same it seems like the last 100 years. Yes I'm exaggerating that but the music is anything but pleasant or relaxing. Find something else enjoyable for people to listen to while on hold. And forward this message to the appropriate area.
