I LOVE the Aurora GI dept. This is my second time there and both times from the minute I walk through the door EVERYONE is friendly, kind, and helpful. THANK YOU ALL!!! Just a couple of things that I would mention only as 'by the way' things.....it's kind of confusing trying to find the GI building. Was glad I had left in plenty of time. Also, understand your reasoning but it makes it a little more difficult for folks who want to pay their co-pay and can't do so with a check.... Has to be mailed in. :( Alas, sign of the times I guess! All in all, keep up the great work. I have such trust and confidence in you all!!!! THANK YOU!!!
Lisa is a caring provider who I have been seeing for the past 7 years about my GI issues. She knows me well and understands my health history. She always gives me her full attention and follows up on concerns in a timely manner. Great provider!

Scheduling my appointment was a nightmare. The outside sourcing of scheduling is a HUGE disappointment and has lead to long wait time. I had to try scheduling 4 different times and finally went to online, which I didn't want to do because the phone system was useless. Please go back to scheduling in house or find a way to make your scheduling efficient. I am sure many people who want an appt simply give up because your system is currently very flawed. Thank you.
NP Lisa was very receptive to my concerns and she suggested a path forward for my treatment. She is very easy to talk to and I think she cares about me.
