Dr Derken has without a doubt saved my life and my husbands. I am only disillusioned with Advocate (big box) chains, the people up top need to let these great doctors do what they do best. Time, and freedom to be who they want to be. This is not a reflection on Dr Derken but in the system of healthcare! I worked at GSH at its inception as a wholistic hospital that care and continuity was its goal. And it was one of the very best in the area. Now it's evident big pharma is driving the bus, deciding for its patients with nothing but numbers. I appreciate my team of docs and staff they are amazing!
