The provider took the time to answer my questions and approached my visit with genuine care and made me feel very comfortable in discussions regarding my health and any issues I was having.

I was not too happy with the eye screening. I don't believe it was accurate. I just went to eye doctor and vision with contacts was fine but your screening indicated I had vision problems. When you have bio-contacts one for reading one for far you can't cover an eye to see charts it doesn't work. Something the staff should be aware of.

Dr. Derken is always amazing to have as a health provider. She is compassionate, caring and listens to your concerns.
