I'm well aware of newer technology and treatments. However I was feeling physically very uncomfortable which is not unusual. My prior Allergist's approach was different than her approach. I had lab done and was to have a CT, full respiratory examination and schedule a follow up appointment 5 months out. I'm for change and accepting progression. I left feeling unwell. Today I feel the same, and during the time I waited to see her. Yesterday I needed and still need the care I had that was effective, but as I learned may not be healthy or effective and other treatments are necessary. I am not willing to suffer until test results come in. I feel Dr. Gonzalez had good intention but I am left to suffer. Clearly she is very busy. The staff was pleasant and informed, the lab wait time to check in was slow. Only one staff member available. I will be taking my health care somewhere else.
