I enjoy seeing this doctor because she makes me feel comfortable about discussing my medical issues. She has a genuine concern about her patients and listens to what they ask and about their concerns. I will gladly return to this doctor again.

Dr. Gonzalez was thorough, personable and very knowledgeable. Nurse also was excellent and accommodating.

It would be extremely helpful if I were given not only the addresses of the two different locations where I was treated (both new to me & out of town), but if I'd also been given the direct phone number of each office, along with an idea of where the office was (and whether it's a big hospital or a small clinic). If a hospital (as it was in Summit), it would have been helpful to know what floor the allergy clinic was on & where it was on that floor. It turns out I got incorrect directions from Google Maps (not your fault) & drove 30-45 minutes out of my way & still couldn't find the Summit location. Had I been given not only the address but an idea of where it was & what kind of building (a large hospital just off I94), I would have known the directions I had were wrong. I could also have called to ask for help but the only phone number I was given was to a different location & it was busy each time I called. The more information patients have the easier it is to find the right place.

Dr Gonzalez was fantastic. I was seen quickly, she was very thorough and spent plenty of time asking questions and making sure I understood the diagnosis and plan of action. Thanks for the great care!
