The reminders for appointments are deceiving as I thought the arrival time you listed on the email was appointment time so I was there 1/2 hour before my appointment. While I was waiting another patient came in and had misunderstood the arrival as appointment time as well. She was really upset as she was going to miss another appointment she had made because of it
