very pleasant, very thorough, very knowledgeable. Very happy with my provider. Highly recommended.

It seems so impersonal. It would be nice if I was made to feel like the provider cared. The doctor didn't communicate in a way that relieved any of my anxiety.

Nurse seemed hurried. Doctor seemed hurried, like she couldn't wait until I got out of there. I lost about 10 pounds from last time; no comments about my success. Doctor asked me Have we talked about injectables for your type 2 diabetes? I said no, but I want to lower my blood sugar the natural way with dietary changes and weight loss. Why is she always pushing drugs on me? I tried Januvia for diabetes. It made my body itch inside and out. I tried Actos for diabetes and couldn't lose weight. I stopped both of these horrible medicines. Can you imagine if I was injected with MORE medicine what those side effects could be? The doctor acts like she needs a vacation and probably does. I was able to better control my blood sugar NOT because of the dietician they sent me to, BUT BECAUSE of my own research. To get fasting blood sugar below 200 in the morning, I can't eat bread, pasta, or potatoes at this time with my current weight. I feel like I have to research stuff to get real answers for my medical conditions of diabetes and obesity. I brought detailed graphs of my blood sugar, and all the doctor did was comment on the day of my HRA, when unfortunately the blood sugar was 216. It was higher than normal based on my graphs. What she didn't know is that on the day of my HRA, 4 people poked me 7 times and weren't able to draw blood. 5 days later I had to go to another place (this was all in the Bellin system) to get my blood drawn. I had so much anxiety, and it was later in the morning. I drank a gallon of water so they could find my roly veins for the blood draw. Two people poked me 3 times to get the blood. Good thing my blood pressure was tested 5 days before, as it must have been off the charts. Anyway, I was sad for the rest of the day after my physical.
