Dr. Larry is the most compassionate healthcare provider I have ever encountered. I am truly lucky to have him as my primary physician.

When making an appointment via phone call, the lady on the line said I would make my lab appointment at my actual physical, even though I told her my letter in the Livewell app said I needed labs 2-3 days prior to my appointment. When I tried calling back on Monday and asking to get transferred to Dr. Colassacco's office, she questioned what the reason was. When I told her in regarding lab work she said we can do that right now. She scheduled a lab work appointment for that day. But when I arrived I was told there was no order for my labs to be done. Since I needed my labs for my upcoming physical, I waited for 45 mins until they even called me back. While I understand that having people answering the phones makes it easier, it is very frustrating not actually getting transferred to where you requested to be. It is also very frustrating that when needing lab work for an upcoming physical, there was not a single order placed for me to do so. It is very frustrating trying to call to get to your direct Dr.s nurses and office and not being allowed to. This is honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with Aurora and still frustrates me thinking about it. I would rather drive to the site or use the Livewell app to schedule future appointments than try to work with the people on the phone since it isn't my direct Dr.s office and they will not transfer you.
