Worst experience ever calling to make an appointment they couldn't not pronounce my doctors name had no idea where the office was. Phenomenal MD !!!!!

The only problem I had was with the lab, I was sent there as a STAT patient and I did tell the girl that checked me in that and several people checked in behind me and they were seen before me, I had to go remind her of this and then I was seen. The technician that drew my blood was less than friendly also.

Took extra time to listen to concerns and answer my questions both personal and with Aurora.

Very happy with my visit.

Covid is a thing of the past Ditch the masks, clean pens/dirty pens thing. LETS GET BACK TO NORMAL
