Although the provider did not seem busy, I was not seen until about 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Then, she (not an assistant) personally called me into her office. During the visit, the provider did not gain my confidence and stumbled over the pronunciation and use of several medications I was using.  Additionally, the registrar people weren't much help either when I asked why I had not been called 10 minutes past my appointment time. Their only response when asked was that it'd be about 10 more minutes.
