Very knowledgeable and well prepared. Like Laurie P and trust her as professional; however, I am greatly disturbed and disappointed about a handful of departures of great irreplaceable doctors, most for the dismal administration and decision making, not favorable to patients and these fine professionals.

The provider confused me with another patient, which I suppose is understandable or at least excusable. However, she had clearly not read my medical history, doing so on the fly as part of the visit. Accordingly, it is difficult to know if I received the full benefit of her expertise since she had given no prior thought to my case.

Medical professional was engaged, pleasant and answered all my questions.

Laurie took time to ask me questions and to really listen to my concerns.

Laurie was very informative about our adjustments to our car plan and the reasons for it. She also said to call if I had any questions. Very caring person.
