I'm really confused right now because I don't know how to navigate the Live Well stuff I really don't like to text and I don't even know what Appointment these questions are for?? And somebody wants me to set up a Consultation which I thought I already had?????

The experience with the Provider was very good, but the experience with her Receptionsts was poor and frustrating. A first try was rescheduled due to their mismanagement. The second try to get in had been canceled by them with no notice to me. The work around for me was for a Receptionist from another department to get me in.

The Dr was running 30 min behind with no warning when someone should text or put a message in LiveWell so I'm not wasting my time. I have an infant and was away way longer than planned. Why is this technology available and no one is using it? Always hgtv on those televisions in the waiting room. With the music also playing on overhead speakers it's too noisy. It's annoying and anything but peaceful.
