The young men at the check in desk for Dr Kyle Nelson are perfect examples of compassionate, professional, knowledgeable representatives. Good service cannot be taught. I know - I was involved with it during my 40+ years in banking and environmental Consulting. They acknowledged each person who got into line to wait, asked for permission to finish with a call or other task, one was really compassionate in the phone with a patient and helpful and proactive. I expressed my appreciation to both of them when we left. They are excellent representatives of this medical practice.
