Dr. Nelson is amazing! My son is usually pretty fussy and Dr. Nelson always seems to find a way to make him feel comfortable, and make the visit run smoothly! 100% would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor!
Dr Nelson asked me a lot of questions that could only be answered yes or no. Additionally, everything was phrased as, "Do you have any concerns...." The problem with that wording is that I might not have any concerns, but I am not an educated and experienced physician so I may be completely missing health conditions. If I have any concerns, I'm not sure that I would take them to Dr Nelson because my concerns have largely been ignored in the past.
I have referred multiple people to Dr Nelson with the utmost confidence!!
Dr. Nelson has a high degree of personable, friendly listening skills. He is an excellent communicator & that starts with his excellent listening skills.! He kept a steady pace & was focused, but still had time for me to ask questions & to discuss options in the health promotion & wellness arena. Very impressed; a top-shelf physician who is genuine & authentic & who cares for & about his patients as a trusted partner in their overall health, safety & welfare.
The receptionist that checked me in and out was fabulous, she scheduled all the MD's suggested appointment after my visit. This is not the first time she checked me in/out, she is awesome!
