I arrived at 130pm, as expected. All my paperwork was filled out online in advance. At 145pm, I was not called in for my appointment. I told the.desk I waited 15 minutes. At 2pm, I still was not called for my appointment. After insisting that the receptionist check, the MA said she would get me in 2 minutes. At 206pm, I was still waiting. I asked the receptionist to check again. Again the MA said she be out in 2 minutes for me. When I asked what time the doctor would see me, it would be 20 minutes or more. At 210pm, I canceled my appointment and left. I had a 230pm meeting scheduled! When I checked in, I should have been told there was a 45 minute delay. Options of staying or rescheduling should have been offered.

Dr Bruno is a wonderful listener and I never feel stupid asking her questions. She always makes me feel comfortable with whatever my concerns are. That's very important to me.
Dr. Bruno continues to be a good listener and demonstrates knowledge on almost any medical condition. She takes a reasoned and balanced approach to health care and a relatively conservative attitude regarding adding new medications. I feel fortunate to have her as my internist.
