I went in because the Zithromax that the urgent care Dr prescribed did not work for my sinus infection. My complaint was hearing impairment, clogged ears, sinus pressure. She couldn't see my right ear drum because of wax buildup. She didn't offer to have them flushed out after I told her I had done that before almost annually. Why not? She prescribed an antibiotic but didn't prescribe a steroid. Why not? It had been over 10 days that I couldn't hear. Her bedside manner is awful too.
Dr Bruno listens to me and my concerns. She explains things in language that is easy to understand.
I trust Dr. Bruno completely she a wonderful Dr. I feel very comfortable with her I hope she stays there for many years would not want another Dr. tell her Thank you
I always get very good care from Dr. Bruno!
My guess is my last-minute appointment was squeezed into her busy day, and that while I did not have a good experience, she normally is a good physician. In my experience, she was dismissive and did not make much of an effort to look deeper at the issue. I ended up in the ER a few days later.
