Dr. Wilde is a great listener, has great knowledge, uses humor as appropriate, and has a wonderful disposition.
First, Dr. Wilde was great. I appreciated the time she gave me for an intake appointment, and she answered the questions that I did have. Follow up on bloodwork was efficient as well. The only thing that was an issue was how long I had to wait at the office. In the room 30 min past appointment time. Intake nurse told me that Dr. Wilde was running 30 minutes late past the time we spent doing intake. However it was more like 40-45 minutes more waiting time. I was ready to walk out when the doctor walked in. She was VERY apologetic which was appreciated. Everyone's time is important. I believe that someone could have told me at check in that the doctor was running over an hour late, and I could have made a decision on whether it worked in my schedule to accommodate rather than get all worked up/stewing sitting in that room. While I appreciate that the intake nurse told me things were running behind, checking in on me after that initial time lapsed to let me know it was just a little longer would have gone a long way. I get it that things get behind at the end of the day, but giving patients this info gives us a choice in how we manage responsibilities outside the office. It's the not knowing that is very irritating.

Appt was for 2:00pm saw Dr about 2:40. I waited for a year to see Dr Wilde so I was patient I expect other patients to receive ample time with their visit. I was pleased with the relaxed norush visit. Thank you Dr Wilde
