she was funny and serious .she made you feel comfortable the way she explain thing to you
Dr was 45 minutes late for the appt. 45 minutes. I sat in the exam room and no one even came in to say she was running late. Peeked my head out to look in the hall for answers, no one in sight three times. 45 minutes?!? Terrible patient service. Get this fixed or lose patients (aka money)

Dr. Wilde is fantastic. She spends so much time with me and never makes it feel rushed. She always has time to listen to my concerns, share her thoughts and plan next steps.

I am grateful to Dr. Wilde for meeting me at my level so I could understand her testing, diagnosis, and treatment. I also found Dr. Wilde's humanity moving. She was genuinely caring and encouraging, and supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. I am lucky that she is my PCP.
I always have a great experience seeing Dr. Wilde, but the wait time to get an appointment with her is months! This is true for all primary care physicians. I visited the ER in Grafton and was told to schedule a follow-up appointment with Dr Wilde 3 days later. There were no MDs or PAs available at all. This never happened before the new scheduling system began.
She was a bit behind schedule, but otherwise it went great.
