I sat in the exam room for 35 minutes after my appointment time. No one came in to explain the delay and first impressions are everything to me. I just kinda felt uncomfortable and prefer another provider

Dr. Zeleke is very kind and understanding and shows compassion. He takes his time to hear me and thoroughly explains himself and answers any questions I have with compassion and concern.

Dr. Zeleke talked to me with the most understanding about my health. He answered all of my questions and concerns and advised me about how I should do this and that. I was very pleased and comfortable talking about my health. I think that he's going to be a very good doctor for me.
