Waiting time too long I'm can't Waiting that long.
I understand Drs are busy. I am grateful when they take all the time neccessary to explain. However, there has to be a balance to time spent with one patient and the needs of the next patient. My appointment was set for 9:30 AM I was not taken in for this appointment until 10:34 AM. This was extremely aggravating making me feel as though my time does not matter. On top of this, the appointment reminder says to be there 15 minutes before the starting time. One hour and 19 minutes of waiting is rediculous!
Did not get called in for my appt. until 50 min. after my appt. time.
