Dr. Koo did not rush me. He listened to various concerns I have about possible sugeries and gave me honest feedback. Reception greeted me pleasantly and Dr. Koo's nurse was efficient as well as pleasant.

Dr Koo is great as well as his nurse and check in staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was in and out so quick! My only complaint ever is your call center is awful!
