Dr. Phillips has guided me through some serious health issues and has always been open and honest with me. His explanations are clear and he allows me to have input in any decisions made. Sometimes we disagree, but always work out a satisfactory conclusion. He is very compassionate in his approach to his patients which is very appreciated by me.
