Dr Phillips and his staff are great. Very happy to be his patient.

Dr. Phillips looks at me when talking, not at a computer. He explains my illness in terms I understand. He is very friendly and smiles a lot. He apologized profusely for the delay. He had a medical emergency he had to take care of.

Very kind, very capable. Spent additional time talking about my concerns of an up coming procedure. Totally eased my mind.

I drive about 30 min one way to see Dr. Phillips. I've been seeing him for almost 20 yrs..I wouldn't change a thing!

The customer service that Dr Phillips and his team provided at the Goodhope location was absolutely the best. They are friendly and caring.

I appreciate Dr Phillips and like his mannerisms. He is great. I can tell his staff all work well with him also. Great experience whenever I see him. He was running behind due to another patient needing something unanticipated. However, they let me know of the delay right away and he was very apologetic and let me know that they know my time is also important. Because of their communication to me of the situation, I was more than fine with the wait. He and his team are great!!
