The only problem is getting an appointment in a timely manor. My next appointment had to be booked for a year and a month out. Not sure if this is driven by insurance or the demand.

It would be so helpful if this provider gives, a Print of all instructions as well as HOW LONG the patient should use or apply the medication, to the patient. Not keep those in the computer. Thanks

The person that scheduled my appointment didn't understand that I wanted a full body exam. See then said I was scheduled to look at two areas of concern which I did not tell her. I understand that if I want a full body exam, the appointment would be more than a year from now, which is ridiculous. And the people that schedule the appointments should be more knowledgeable about which doctors do which service. I'm totally frustrated with the availability of doctors in the Kenosha area.. Your telephone system sucks. I often get transferred two or three times before I get somebody who can assist me. When a collar leaves a message they leave one number to call back and then I get transferred two or 3×2 different numbers. I wish you would get your act together.
