Dr. Gilbertson is excellent. Very thorough and explains everything so you can understand. I was very happy and glad I found a great dermatologist.

Over the past few years I have developed tremendous respect and confidence in the care I receive from Dr. Gilbertson.

It's very difficult to either make an appointment or cancel. There seems to be very little or no phone support.

This provider is wonderful!

Staff and provider is very professional and thorough.

Unfortunately it seems the entire medical profession is hurting to provide as many professionals as the population requires. If you do not "have" a doctor, it is very hard to find one that is accepting new patients or the next available appointment is four to six months from now. And the idea that hospital staff members put in 22 to 14 and more hours on a shift is poor. I guess it is very wide spread and little can be done but one can only wish.

By far the best dermatologist I have ever encountered (either as a patient or being a VA provider myself). His passion for what he does is evident every visit and ability to gage how to interact with each patient is somewhat of a dying art in our profession. Ever since establishing with Dr Gilbertson I have refused to see anyone else, my family is all now patients and anyone looking for a referral will continue to get the same answer, "go see my guy!"
