It was 3 months before I could get an appointment with Dr. Schneider. So my skin issue was cleared up before my appointment. She was able to answer my questions and make recommendations if this happens again.
She was very informative about watching out for skin cancer
I was there for a follow up , there was no need to discuss anything other then that. The P A and the assistant were very attentive, courteous, and very pleasant through out my appointment.

Totally awesome experience despite somewhat serious skin issues. Assured by Kelly and her assistant as to expectations and care of wounds. Would definitely recommend friends and family schedule appointment if need arises.

Kelly gave me the medical names for spots,etc, on my body but did not explain any further as to exactly what they were. Just said they were nothing to worry about. Also. In her after visit notes, she reported talking to me about many things she never talked to me about.
No one looks forward to a colonoscopy but start to finish this was an excellent experience I will have no hesitation repeating in 5 years. Everyone from check in to each of the nurses who assisted me, anesthesiologist, and the Dr. were all upbeat, helpful, attentive and informative. Creating a positive patient experience goes a long way towards future adherence to screening procedures such as this one. Great job to all involved.
