Very friendly. I liked her. I felt very confident in her knowledge. It took six months to get this appointment. Happy to know there was nothing seriously wrong with me.

Kelly was good and thorough on the body check, she knew what she was looking for. I saw a dermatologist last year, he burned some spots, but Kelly burned the same ones and a few more! Her freeze spray was a lot more lethal than my last appointment ...Makes me wonder about the first Doc...? Bedside manner was somewhat warmer than my previous experience....it was mostly a business call though.

Very prepared. Dr. Schneider was punctual, attentive, and thorough during her appointment with me. I need a follow up procedure. An appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. I am thankful. Well run office.

Waited 2 1/2 months for appointment with Aurora Dermatology. PA & Nurse & staff were very caring

Dr Schneider moved offices from Lake Geneva to Burlington. I wasn't aware of that and went to LG first. The receptionist was cordial and was sorry I wasn't aware of the change. She contacted Burlington for me and explained to them why I might be tardy. This was the only glitch.

P.A. Kelly Schneider is very professional and knowledgeable. She also has a wonderful sense of humor. That puts her patients at ease. So glad I was referred to Kelly!
