Kelly has amazing bedside manor. I felt heard and cared about. She talked to me a lot to know what my situation was and how best to move my health in the right direction. I was not made to feel rushed or like I was wasting her time, the way some doctors have made me feel in the past. While I am very much just beginning the journey to wellness she made me feel the obstacles in my path are manageable and like she is there to help me reach those goals. I believe she is knowledgeable and cares about choosing the right practices and medications to care for me. She also allowed conversations considering insurance which is important factor in me affording to be seen or maintaining a wellness plan. I would highly recommend her again and again. I am impressed and grateful.

Fustrating that Aurora can't keep a doctor. She is the second one in two years and tells me to book next appointment or I wi t get in. Can't book cause she is leaving They said they would call but they NEVER do!

The PA Schneider heard me asking the nurse about something she had said while I was leaving and Ms Schneider came over (must of overheard) and retold me so that I would have the correct information. I really appreciated that.
