The people that work at the front desk clerical workers / schedulers have poor morale. Patients are entering sick or for an important appointment. Smiling, ensuring they are comfortable, speaking with a nice tone & with empathy is extremely important in the helath care setting. In a way that is a customer service job. The patient is the consumer. A little respect, a healthier morale, and overall a more positive atmosphere is needed.

My kids Are always happy to see milly when coming into the doctors office. She's very welcoming and Very Sweet. Doctor Williams is Phenomenal makes sure my kids get the best care And go over and beyond!
