Doctor Keith Williams is the best pediatrician I have ever had. He's awesome, very caring and listens attentively to the parent.
My child's provider is absolutely amazing! There needs to be a more streamlined process between the call center and the clinic staff. My child's appointment was originally scheduled a week or so before this one. I called what I believed was the clinic number to inform the doctor I was running late. I was told as long as I was within the 15 minute grace period my son would be seen. I arrived 14 minutes late for my son's appointment and the front desk refused to check me in stating I was too late for the appointment. When I shared with the front desk I had called ahead and what I was told, the response was "well they shouldn't have told you that. You'll have to reschedule."
Dr Keith is our new family pediatrician and we absolutely love him! We're so happy to be in his care!

He's very patient and understanding
The telephone rep are horrible with not actually sending messages to the provider. They are lying and do everything else at home. Get people who care about their jobs.
This visit seemed very rushed and at certain points a slight dismissive attitude was present. None of the concerns were given concrete solutions. I was even told that one of my concerns about the excessive shots could be done any other way bc of the staff.
