My experience with Dr. Bailey was helpful. I do have a complaint about the new system of reaching my Dr. with a question or concern. Advocate makes it nearly impossible to talk on the phone and now the same is true about conversing via e-mail. I need to be able to reach out to my Dr. without setting up a telehealth appointment or having to talk to someone who is not familiar with my history, sensitivity to meds, etc. I'd like Advocate to return to the system where I can send a simple e-mail to my Dr. without an impossible menu to navigate.
