Dr. Kathy Bailey is the best!
I'm grateful Dr.Bailey listened patiently while I was sharing my concern about lung cancer affecting my daughter .She gave me time to compose myself .She was very attentive and showed compassion on what I am going through .
Not heard properly didn't give me enough time
Listened to all my concerns, pleasant and thorough
I look forward to seeing Dr Bailey annually. She reminds me of previous issues and cares about my current and health and ongoing conditions.

The Portal had more options allowing to ask the Dr simple questions about a sudden occurrence, instead of having to call, wait, then wait again for a callback. This option I believe was a win for all- so why was it taken away?
