This was the first time we saw this NP and I would highly recommend her and see her again for my kids. She was very thorough and took her time making sure my toddler was feeling better before we left and I had all of the information I needed especially since we were heading into a long holiday weekend.

This was our first visit with Kathy and she was great with my son. She took her time to examine him and made sure she covered my questions.

Thank You For Still Seeing My Child After Many Missed Appointments. Life Happens . Had No Transportation Or Phone To Get Ahold Of Anyone In The Past .

We were seen late, but that was because a patient before us arrived late which sent Kathy back. We are happy to wait.

The doctor was great and we were able to leave with answers. The medical assistant didn't warn my son about what they were going to do and just did a strep swab and he was not a fan. It would have been better had the process been explained before they did it.

This is the second time we've seen Kathy Merrill and both times she has done a fantastic job. She is a good listener and is thorough in her treatment. I trust when my children are in her care that we are doing what is in the best interest of our children and that we will leave the appointment on track to better health.

Great care and appointment with Katherine as always. She always listens to our concerns and very thorough! Great phlebotomists! They were so good with my child and very good at trying to keep her calm and proficient at drawing toddlers blood. They made a stressful event a lot better.
