The parking lot of pediatric clinic on Kepler drive in Green Bay is NOT suitable for parents with infants/small children. It would be absolutely helpful if there were designated parking spots for mothers of newborns or numerous children, as there are so many handicaps parking spaces. The parking lot spots are also not wide enough to safely get infant car seats out if there are cars parked near. Also- the call center is much below average. I was worried I would be 5 min late for my daughter's appointment due to traffic closures, so I called to let them know. I was ON HOLD the entire time until I got to the clinic. Around 15 minutes. Since I was there and was still on hold I hung up. The call center is completely impersonal, lacks direction, common sense, and hinders patient accessibility. PLEASE, change it.

Hard to get an appointment for my sick infant, there was only one appointment available. Staff was all very friendly and helpful and listened to my concerns
