At first call the receptionist didn't seem well informed and a little stand offish. I didn't feel real comfortable asking questions. Not rude however. When asked about virtual visit said just download the live well app. I did only to find out it was wrong Ap. Wish I was directed to with clear understanding it has to be Livewell Arora. Wish I was told to fill out and complete questionnaire and copy my insurance card. Instead It was done just prior to my appointment. Maybe I overlooked some direction in email. I just wish over the phone this was made clear. Wish I was told if there was problem to call a certain number. I sure didn't feel comfortable call that number back. To my amazement after completion just prior to visit it all worked. The Dr. who was extremely professional and thorough communicated excellent to me. At this point I have nothing but praise for Dr. Christopherson. Like I said the receptionist wasn't rude and I only want to give feedback to make improvements. I know myself I was a little anxious about a virtual visit.
