It is ridiculous that I now need to meet a new provider every time someone I have been seeing leaves or retires. That is a very costly unnecessary step. It is also crazy that you can no longer have any concerns addressed during an annual physical. You have to book another expensive appointment to discuss any questions or concerns that used to be addressed at an annual physical. The meet your new provider appointments and need to schedule another visit in addition to your physical are unnecessary additional costs for patients and also additional time required. Lab work needed for an annual physical is also not covered as a part of your physical.

Dr. Katerina is a very nice person and does care about her patients and is easy to understand. Her assistant is great, for a yourg person she does her job quite efficientelly

First meeting with this provider as previous provider has left the practice. She was thorough in her evaluation. Look forward to be seeing her again.
