Everyone was on time, professional, and really listened. There is a new nurse navigator who was on top of things, which I appreciated.

I was impressed with Dr. Kate...great bedside manner and took her time with explaining surgery to me and my family. She made me feel less anxious.
She made me feel shame and didn't help or listen to me at all. I have tried what she suggested and she not only wasted my time but my money.
Dr. Vasconcellos always takes her time. I never feel rushed.

Wow- just an outstanding person. I felt very at ease even with the sensitive issue I was having.
I am still waiting for the doctor to send me her report after my visit to my Aurora chart. She recommended certain things that I did not write down. She said she would send them to my chart. I am still waiting. Thank you.
