This was the most enjoyable and enlightening consultation I have had. We were given several avenues to explore and gave me hope that there was a light at the end of the tunnel.

Dr. Chau is very kind and listens well. He does not rush the appointment and gives me all the time I need to explain my condition and answer questions.

Dr. Chau was extremely respectful towards my son who was the patient and who also has Down syndrome. He spoke with him directly and explained things to him and didn't treat him like a child or call him "Buddy" like so many people like to do just because he has special needs. My son understands a lot of things and is very capable and it was nice to have a provider who treated him as such.
