Faculty is very professional but still takes time to hear what you say. They interact with each other well.

Dr Chau is awesome. He's very thoughtful of my concerns, truly listens and then provides his thoughts about the plan for your care. He is very easy to talk to and has an excellent bedside manner and he always makes sure you are comfortable with his plan for care moving forward.

It's been a long hard battle for my husband. We have been blessed with great and concerned physicians along with all their staff including the receptionist. Dr Chau is the ice cream on the cake.

Today was my first time meeting Dr. Chau, and I could not have possibly been more impressed. He was intimately familiar with my medical history, took the time to educate me on new aspects of my situation, asked me about my goals and expectations, and together we went over a detailed roadmap of future treatment options. Not only is Dr. Chau incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he is very kind and openly communicative.
