Dr. Taylor was very helpful and considerate. Listen to all my questions and answered professionally
I waited 1 hour and 40 minuets to see my pcp. After the examination I waited another hour and 15 minuets to see the lab technician to have blood extraction. All in all, I was at my Dr.'s office for over 3 hours. That was unacceptable.
My appointment was scheduled at 11:45 and I did not see the doctor until around 130 being an elderly patient. This is unacceptable to be waiting in an office to see a doctor for two hours. It's very disrespectful of my time.
1. Dr. Appointments are hard to get. She needs more help. 2. Call Center is not the solution. I have played phone tag everytime I need a referral, or when there is a misunderstanding or mistake, clarification, etc. 3. Most frustrating, is not enough doctors in Advocate system. Especially specialists. 4. The LiveWell portal is a waste of time and money if doctors don't have access. When I see a Advocate Partner they don't have access either. If they are in network why can't they see my information.
Visit was very informative ,l was asked about any concerns l may have. My doctor did not rush my visit.she seemed very concerned about the things I should be doing and was not.She was very likeable.
They have the best customer service Always.
THE EXPERIENCE IS ALWAYS WONDERFUL.GOD BLESS DR.TAYLOR IT HAS TO BE 4 OR 5 YEARS NOW LATER.
