My doctor Dr. Julie Taylor is a good doctor. She takes the time to listen to me. She always answer's my questions. I am glad that I have her for my doctor.
Julie Taylor and her staff are very professional, I am uncomfortable sometimes at doctor appointments. But this is never a issue when I visit her office. I am very comfortable with them, they answer all my questions with ease.

I would just like to emphasize that every time I come for a visit Dr Julie ask me every time, "is this your first time seeing me?" It irritates me so bad until I am thinking about changing primary care physicians. I feel like she doesn't view my chart until she comes in the room to see. My other doctors know me really well or they make it their business to familiarize themselves with my chart. This is poor business especially with your care team.

The seat where I sat to have my vitals taken was not sanitized prior to me sitting there and left me feeling itchy. I had to shower and change clothing again immediately when I returned home.
It is unexceptible to have patience waiting an hour in the exam room. It is not professional, not to let the patient know, that there is a delay,and how much of a delay,so that the patient can decide if they can stay or not.
