Dr Brandies is a awesome MD. She answers all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend her to anyone who's looking for a doctor. I have confidence in her. She is kind, pleasant and never in a hurry.

The organization of the call center delivering and returning messages, navigating the app on the phone with me, as well as scheduling and moving up my appointment was seamless. The wait time on the day of my appointment as well as the wait time for all of the test results ......minimal.....very quick turn around. I am a first time patient choosing Advocate and Dr. Brandies as my primary care doctor .....after taking the time and comparing many in my insurance network. Being overdue for a physical, I was a little anxious. My first experience with the Advocate providers at this location was wonderful. All associates and clinicians were kind and helpful. Dr. Brandies took much time to ask and answer questions. She has a caring rapport. I am happy with my primary care doctor choice!
