I was caught in traffic traveling from the city to the suburban location. I prefer this location due to the swiftness and professionalism of the staff there. I was 18 minutes late and they made the necessary adjustments to the schedule to get me into my doctor without much of a wait (ten minutes). I appreciate this as the wait to reschedule is significantly long. Thank you.

Dr. Brandies is the best! She is so informed about your medical conditions. So positive. My husband also sees her. She is our go to point for medical issues. She uses the MyChart and us aware of specialty procedures from outside the Advocate realm.

Dr Julie Brandies is an AMAZING physician! She listens with genuine concern. She is truly a Gods send. She never rushes you out of the office no matter how many questions you have. I leave the office feeling taken care of. I don't know what I'll do when she retires. They don't make them like her anymore!

I was scheduled for lab work right after my appointment sat for 20 minutes. Got up and asked what was the status of me being called for my blood work. The person that went to check asked if they had me on the schedule and they immediately called me in. There was no one having blood work done. I sat for 20 minutes for no reason at all. They were busy talking.

She is one of the best doctors I've had. Very patient in reviewing your history and knowledgeable of your history, doesn't rush the appointment. Provides recommendations for healthy living
