The nurse practitioner was wonderful, knowledgeable, and made herself available for questions. However the aftercare documentation was inaccurate and I had to call back for clarification and spoke with the from desk, the nurse, then asked for a direct response from the PA since there was much confusion. Eventually the issue was resolved.

I feel comfortable coming here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Julie always answers all my questions or concerns and takes her time to explain everything to me!

Dr listened to concerns as well as she could. Patient gets confused about what is being asked so it is a bit challenging to figure out exactly what is being asked. His response usually is not very helpful to get the most out of his visit.

Julie Pignotti is a caring and thoughtful caregiver and I always feel well cared for at ever visit with her.

The PA was very lovely and very thorough. This was my first time seeing her and I will keep her as my new provider.
