I seem to have continuous problems with orders for labs to be submitted. Appointments are made but the lab orders are not submitted. On this particular incident I contacted office and was told they would be submitted and I had to move the date for the labs. Unfortunately they still were not submitted, had to contact office 2nd time. Seems to be an ongoing problem from this office. I spoke with Julie Pignotti about this problem and she assured me that she was submitting the orders for the next lab now. Hopefully, problem is resolved.

My experience with the Medical personnel at the Caledonia Clinic is always caring and professional.
