Julia was spot on with her care. My experience was very good. Julia let me know what to expect from my surgery. From care instructions to pain management. I Was told if I had any problems to call and they would help me through it. My post op appointment went great. Julia removed my stitches and asked questions on how I felt. Told me all looked good and I was ready to resume regular movement with no restrictions. I was happy with Julia's care. Thank you??

The four persons I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. That experience began with the receptionist and included two persons in addition to Julia Heim. I don't believe any of them could have treated me better or listened better than they did. Yet they all maintained what I believe is a professional demeanor. I was more than satisfied with this visit.

Great experience

Julia Heim is a wonderful and caring person and APNP. Julia is caring for patients shows in her actions and she always listen very carefully and explains treatment to her patients so the patient understand.

There is a fragrance in the atmosphere at this facility. 1/3 of the population is sensitive to fragrance and many experience headaches and breathing problems because of them. Fragrances should not be used in health care facilities especially, nor should they be evident on health care workers. Please make Aurora medical facilities fragrance free.

Julia was very supportive . She gave a lot of information about recovery and had many helpful suggestions.

Everyone was so nice and informative. I will definitely come back here in the future if needed.

This provider isn't my PCP he's my orthopedic surgeon. I'm extremely pleased with him and this facility and the caregivers here. Professional, caring and knowledgeable.
