Dr. Heim was very informative and informed me how the stiches removal would go, and if I required pain options which I declined. She took out one stich and asked me again. I was very impressed. She discussed after this there was a follow up in four weeks. I had asked what I could do to straighten my finger further than current. I had been given three or four options to work on before my followup. Again I was very impressed, she knew this was my third attempt on this finger in a number of years! Dr. Heim is an exceptional doctor and I have had many doctors over my life!

When my appointment was scheduled, it was for the new Berlin office. When I arrived there, I was told the appointment was actually in West Dallas. Extremely frustrating.

Very friendly demeanor. Listened patiently, intently and gave detailed explanations to my questions.
