Phone service, along with after hour care very scratchy. People should always understand we're not addicts rather in serious pain when not under control. Before assuming look at patient history, ask, how would you want to be handled as the goal seems to be, get you off the phone not first understand. Mind you in most calls this is not needed but when history looks long then please consider. I'm only trying to help myself here. Thank you.
