Dr. Chimino is a terrific primary care physician, who takes time to listen, who listens to concerns and provides reasonable responses. i am glad he is my primary care physician.

I am grateful to have Dr. Chimino and his staff as my primary care physician, period. He is a very astute and caring doctor who demonstrates his familiarity with my health and conditions whenever I visit.

Your support staff on phones and in public areas needs to be more courteous, better trained, and more highly compensated. Signage ordering patients where to stand or queue does not set a welcoming tone once the sliding door opens, and my experience with many public area staffers or phone CSR staff has frequently been disheartening and poor. Dr. Chimino and his nurses are the main reason I have not changed to a North Shore provider.

Dr Chimino is the best GP I have ever had. His support staff (nurses) and check in people are also awesome. Thank you.
