Dr. Chimino is a dying breed. Most professional, kind and knowledgeable doctor I've ever experienced in my long life. A true winner.

The concern is when you call the office to speak with MD and the answering team asks questions and the md doesn't get the message...your message is triaged and 4 hours or more later a triage calls back when you were expecting the office, because the original call is to speak with md at the office. Very much effort to get to the md
It is very hard to get reasonable phone messaging to nurse and or doctor
